Coordination of national and international health response after natural disaster

Researcher: Oleg Mazurenko

Problems of international response after natural disasters are well known, consisting in "too many and too late" resources. Frequently local authorities can't make a decision regarding the need for international assistance, and can't sent requests to International Organizations. International community works under International law and can't pressure National governments.

An aim of my project is to create a key indexes of international assistance needs after natural disaster.
